Quando o Evangelho chegou \u00e0 Am\u00e9rica do Norte, ocorreram cismas e divis\u00f5es; assim, algumas igrejas se separaram dela por motivos administrativos ou doutrin\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No final da d\u00e9cada de 1940, a <strong>Igreja de Deus do S\u00e9timo Dia<\/strong> fez oposi\u00e7\u00e3o veemente aos irm\u00e3os que guardavam as festas (\u00c1zimos, Pentecostes e Tabern\u00e1culos). Isso ocorreu em raz\u00e3o do envolvimento da Igreja de Deus com irm\u00e3os provenientes do <strong>Adventismo do S\u00e9timo Dia<\/strong>, que n\u00e3o concordavam com a observ\u00e2ncia das festas, al\u00e9m das divis\u00f5es que j\u00e1 existiam nos Estados Unidos. Os irm\u00e3os que continuaram a guardar as festas passaram a ser chamados de <strong>Caba\u00f1istas<\/strong> pelos membros da Igreja de Deus do S\u00e9timo Dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um dos pontos-chave para essa decis\u00e3o foi o fato de que um grupo dentro da Igreja de Deus do S\u00e9timo Dia desejava abolir a doutrina das festas do Eterno Deus de Israel, pois havia ministros que trabalhavam e poderiam perder seus empregos, j\u00e1 que esses dias eram consagrados como festas ao Deus \u00danico de Israel.<br>Desse modo, a <strong>P\u00e1scoa<\/strong>, <strong>Pentecostes<\/strong> e <strong>Cabanas<\/strong> (ou <strong>Tabern\u00e1culos<\/strong>), que eram celebradas na igreja at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o, foram rejeitadas sob o argumento \u2014 considerado falacioso \u2014 de que essas festas pertenciam apenas aos judeus, e n\u00e3o aos crist\u00e3os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Paz seja convosco!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Igreja de Deus Israelita, ou simplesmente Igreja Israelita, \u00e9 uma igreja de alcance mundial.
